Option Development Center The Option Development Center is an on-demand distance learning service. A customer may come to the site and search for online classes. Once they find a class that they want to take, they can securely sign up using their credit card. After their credit card is processed, they are emailed a password for accessing the class. The account system puts a time limit for accessing the class on each account. When the customer's time is up, they can no longer access the class.
